Simone Biles Performance was outstanding  at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016. Simply Superb!“Courage to Soar: A Body in Motion, A Life in Balance” by Simone Biles, is an inspiring autobiography of this exceptional gymnast’s.This book is highly recommended for young readers, in particular, teen gymnasts. After being abandoned by her(family)  father early on. She was put in a foster care because her  mother suffered from drug and alcohol addiction. From the age of 3 she spent time in foster care. It was not until her grandfather and his wife stepped into care for the four children and eventually adopt Simone and one of her sisters, that she was able to start enjoying some stability in normal home life. Kudos to her grandmom it's not at all an easy responsibility. Simone initially failed to make it to the  USA women’s junior team at the 2011 Visa National Championships. But her talent and  determination saw her make the national team the following year. Loved reading the boo

My Grandmom's home was always a home away from home for me. I was loving the book than the kids I guess. Kids loved it. My mom was with us for few months and the memories the kids shared were priceless. I would totally recommend this book to anyone. Our thoughts are always racing towards future or stuck in the past. Gerad Kite takes readers on a journey of finding oneself and to be in the present. I loved the example of the Pendulum. Pendulum is always in motion like our lives. We do find balance now and then but its when we are high up on the pendulum which is the pivot point of the pendulum  we find calmness and that's where everything is stable . Such a wonderful example to apply to our life's actions and thoughts.
