  I am a new business owner.  It's so important for a business owner to work smart than work hard. There is constant pressure on the cash flow. But how do we come up with ideas to market the product?  The traditional way of marketing would not help all the time. Growth Hacking was a great read. It has  great examples and tactics of how to achieve growth across your product'stages, but more importantly what the growth process should look like, how to build a growth team and why a consistent testing practice is a key to successful growth. The book makes it clear that growth is a cross-functional, collaborative process that requires the combined efforts of product people, engineers, marketers, data analysts and product designers. The book  is super insightful. Particular attention to the Hacking Retention chapter. This is often ignored. Disclosure: I received this copy for free. All opinions are 100% mine.

Our family has become a huge fan of Amy Parker. We have read almost all her books.  Kids will easily get drawn to her books because the illustrations are so enticing and her story line are very creative.  Such wonderful bedtime stories. We have added  Night, Night Train to our collection of bedtime stories!  It's such an adorable book intended for toddlers. My daughter just loves Amy Parker's books! Although her all time Favorite is Thank You God for Grandpa!  She just loves that books.  In this board book, a family of puppies goes through a bedtime routine as they prepare to sleep for the night. Simone Biles Performance was outstanding  at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016. Simply Superb!“Courage to Soar: A Body in Motion, A Life in Balance” by Simone Biles, is an inspiring autobiography of this exceptional gymnast’s.This book is highly recommended for young readers, in particular, teen gymnasts. After being abandoned by her(family)  father early on. She was put in a foster care because her  mother suffered from drug and alcohol addiction. From the age of 3 she spent time in foster care. It was not until her grandfather and his wife stepped into care for the four children and eventually adopt Simone and one of her sisters, that she was able to start enjoying some stability in normal home life. Reason for that is after 2-3 hrs of wear, they wear me out! I want to be all decked up for my son's birthday party, and wear the matching and colorful heels that I always buy but end up using only for 2-3 hrs and then they go straight into storage room. Because the pain they cause makes me feel I am better off without heels. So I always prefer flat footwear. I have some across sole patches and was happy that I can wear my heels for longer time.. Few weeks back we had decided to present my mom with the collage of our kids. You could read the post here Family collage gifts for Grandma through PosterMyWall  . We wanted it to be a sweet surprise for her. I wanted it to be super easy and super quick. I was pressed with time. So I wanted a website where I could upload my pictures quickly choose from simple designs and sizes and get done.  So I found PosterMyWall which would exactly do that. All I had to do was have my pictures to upload and use and all the steps were super easy after that! I had ordered 8"x12" premium print.
