Mindfulness: A Journal by Catherine Price, Pulls  you in to believe that you can be mindful you can be present. I wanted to start meditation. But daily tasks and schedules just exhaust you. There is no peace of mind so what is the point of meditation. I could never sit down for few minutes. and do some meditation. Rather I could not afford. But this book changed my view. The book itself is warm and welcoming. It Teaches you briefly about mindfulness and meditation is no different. It does all this through simple Journal. I loved it. I have become calmer and started to enjoy the present and not think of past and not worry about future. A must get book for every one.

Mindfulness: A Journal provides the user with a series of simple journaling prompts designed to nurture a positive, calming framework to approach the day. Each of the writing prompts provides the user with space to examine one's self and ponder some of the basic tenets of mindfulness. The journal can be completed at whatever pace the user prefers to work at (daily, weekly, etc) and features inspirational quotes sprinkled throughout, as well as introductory material on the practice of mindfulness and a list of resources for further reading.
