Now real deal!! Diet
The whole point here is metabolism. Whatever you do regarding your diet directly or indirectly relates to metabolism. If you eat more, or eat less or eat nothing affects your metabolic rate. So you have to go on a good diet if you want to lose weight or to be fit.
Here is what I have done and still follow...

Breakfast
Never ever ever skip your breakfast. Not taking breakfast might force you to binge..
Take a snack
Eat an apple or a plum or any fruit for that matter. Have a simple healthy snack if not fruits.
Lunch
Have healthy lunch
Take a snack
Eat any fruit. Have a simple healthy snack if not fruits.
Dinner
Include good amount of vegetables.

Very very important part is finishing off your dinner 2-3 hrs before your go to bed. It’s ok to be little hungry before you go to bed. But make it a point to do this. Other important point is taking your meals in small portions.


This is what I read this morning and it makes so much sense :)
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar
